Job DescriptionFinancial Business Manager (F&I)Position Overview

We are seeking a proven, high-performing Finance Manager who can deliver both exceptional customer experience and strong profitability through a disciplined, transparent, and compliant process.

This is not a role for order-takers. You must be confident leading customers through financial decisions, presenting value, and consistently achieving high product penetration and PVR targets.

You will work closely with Sales Management to ensure clean deal structure, proper handoff, and a seamless customer experience from pencil to delivery.

Financial Services Lenders
Dealership Leadership

What Are the Day-to-Day Responsibilities?

Execute a consistent, menu-driven finance process on every deal
Transition customers smoothly from Sales to Finance
Determine customer financing needs through a consultative interview
Present all financing options and protection products clearly and confidently
Achieve target of 2.0+ products per deal
Structure deals for maximum approval success and profitability
Secure lender approvals and maintain strong lender relationships
Ensure 100% compliance with all state, federal, and lender regulations
Maintain clean CIT and timely funding of all deals
Align with Sales Desk on initial pencil and deal structure
Minimize rehash and improve overall deal flow
Complete all paperwork accurately and on time
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Deliver a high-level customer experience while achieving performance goals

What Are the Requirements for This Job?

Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Strong track record of achieving product penetration and PVR goals
Ability to set and achieve targeted performance metrics
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Demonstrated communication and closing skills
Experience working with dealership technology (CRM, DMS, menu systems)
3+ years Automotive Finance experience (Required)
Valid in-state driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience

Automotive Finance: 3 years (Required)
Dealership Experience: 3 years (Required)
Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification

Driver’s License (Preferred)
CPA (Preferred)

Ability to Commute
