Baumann Ford Oregon has a great opportunity for an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer. We are especially interested if YOU have a passion for working in the automotive industry and have great people skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Greet customers and listen and clarify vehicle problmes
- Scheduling appointments for customers
- Write, open and, close repair orders (RO)
- Advising customers on the maintenance and repair needs of their vehicles
- Develop accurate cost and time estimates for labor and parts
