Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily service operations, ensuring timely and accurate vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate schedules for technicians, ensuring optimal workflow and resource allocation
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality control, and compliance with industry regulations
- Provide technical guidance on mechanical issues, utilizing your knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs
- Oversee the proper use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters to ensure precision in repairs
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to verify adherence to quality standards
- Foster a positive team environment through coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Customer retention, customer sales
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic devices like ohmmeters for troubleshooting and repairs
- Experience managing or supervising a service team within an automotive or related industry
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic data effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with customers professionally
- Ford or OEM experience preferred
