Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, in-person visits, and digital outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Conduct high-end vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate terms, financing options, and pricing to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow up on prospects, and maintain detailed sales records.
- Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, accessories, or maintenance packages to maximize revenue.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market conditions to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments; dealership experience is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline effectively.
- Knowledge of automotive products, inventory control procedures, and retail math principles.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a professional demeanor during public speaking engagements or presentations.
- Ability to cold call prospects confidently while maintaining positive phone etiquette.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
