Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all dealership operations to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on B2B (business-to-business) and retail markets, including outbound sales initiatives and cold calling campaigns.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation through marketing efforts, CRM software utilization, and effective prospecting techniques.
- Drive high-end automotive sales by engaging in negotiation, upselling premium features, and closing deals efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Manage inventory control and inventory management processes to optimize stock levels, retail math accuracy, and overall inventory health.
- Support the sales team through coaching on retail sales techniques, public speaking skills for presentations or events, and providing ongoing sales support.
- Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met at every touchpoint.
- Implement effective organizational strategies for dealership operations, including retail math calculations and inventory audits.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Promote a positive work environment by training staff in outbound sales techniques, phone etiquette, communication skills, and dealership policies.
Experience
- 5 Year Minimum GM Experience Required
- Proven experience in automotive dealership management or a similar high-end automotive sales environment.
- Strong background in B2B (business-to-business) sales as well as retail automotive sales with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets.
- Extensive knowledge of inventory management systems, CRM software tools, and marketing strategies specific to automotive retail.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to upsell premium products while maintaining integrity and transparency with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Experience in public speaking or conducting presentations at community events or industry functions is a plus.
