Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Detailer to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional cleaning and detailing services to ensure vehicles meet the highest standards of appearance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and experience in vehicle cleaning and maintenance. Prior janitorial or custodial experience, along with skills in car wash, buffing, window tinting, and general detailing, will be highly valued. Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including interior and exterior detailing
Wash and dry vehicles using appropriate techniques and equipment
Polish, buff, and apply protective coatings to enhance vehicle appearance
Clean windows, mirrors, wheels, tires, and other vehicle components
Assist with specialized services such as window tinting and paint correction
Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and supplies are properly stored
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and explaining services performed
Follow safety protocols during all detailing procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications

Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial services strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
Customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and pressure washers safely
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred for certain duties involving vehicle movement
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn new techniques and expand skill set in automotive care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
