We are seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team and help customers secure financing while protecting the dealership’s financial performance.
Position Summary
The Finance & Insurance Manager works directly with customers after the vehicle selection process to arrange financing, present protection products, and ensure all transactions comply with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate has dealership F&I experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build value in finance products while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Arrange vehicle financing and present lending options to customers
- Present and sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, and protection plans
- Ensure all deals are structured properly and comply with lender and regulatory requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and dealership policies
- Work closely with the sales team to finalize deals and deliver a smooth customer experience
- Monitor product penetration and finance performance metrics
Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership F&I experience required
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance and lending practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to present and sell finance products effectively
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Experience with CDK DMS is a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license required
