Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Detailer Technician to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for transforming vehicles into pristine, showroom-ready condition through thorough cleaning, polishing, and maintenance. Your enthusiasm for vehicle care and customer satisfaction will drive your success as you ensure each vehicle meets our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. This is a full-time, mobile service role located in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Santa Fe & Los Lunas, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, interior detailing, and exterior polishing to achieve a spotless finish
Use buffing machines and hand tools to restore vehicle paintwork, remove scratches, and enhance shine
Apply window tinting film accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth finish without bubbles or imperfections
Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal in the detailing area
Conduct quality inspections on completed vehicles to verify all detailing steps meet company standards
Assist with basic car wash procedures and ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations
Drive company vehicles as needed for transportation between locations or for test drives after detailing is complete

Skills

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
Experience in car wash services, vehicle detailing, buffing, or related custodial roles
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and products used in automotive detailing
Ability to operate buffing machines safely and efficiently while paying close attention to detail
Familiarity with window tinting application processes and best practices
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for driving company vehicles when necessary
Experience in vehicle detailing, ceramic coatings, paint protection film (PPF), and/or window tint.
