- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Clearly communicate repair recommendations and explain necessary services
- Prepare detailed auto estimates, including labor, parts, and additional services
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work
- Manage cash handling transactions accurately and maintain detailed service writing records
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote automobile sales opportunities
- Proven dealership experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role in auto service management
- Experience in auto estimating software and service writing processes
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication
- Familiarity with mechanic work or service technician experience is highly advantageous to better understand technical issues
- Knowledge of automotive repair standards and safety protocols is essential for success in this role
