We are a local, family owned and operated business in Woodburn, Oregon. Our team stands by four main principles in everything we do: Value, Professionalism, Transparency, and Safety. We offer automotive repairs, maintenance and restoration (body/paint). We are looking for someone who is familiar with the industry and knows a little about cars, routine maintenance and repairs. During peak hours, this job is fast paced and requires multitasking and ability to work under pressure.
Job Description
· Providing face-to-face customer service.
· Answer phone calls, text messages, emails and respond the same day.
· Contact insurance, warranty and parts vendors for various reasons.
· Schedule customers for their vehicle repairs or service.
· Oversee and manage loaner vehicles.
· Strong communication skills; verbal and written.
· Process payments; cash, visa, checks and accounts receivables.
* Learn to use shop management system, process invoices.
· Work in a fast-paced environment.
· Inventory of office and bathroom supplies.
* Ability to learn and follow system/processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 2+ years of experience within a customer-facing environment. Examples: Insurance, auto parts, tire centers, and retail.
· Must be bilingual (English, Spanish).
· Must have a valid driver’s license.
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to use Computer, smart phone or tablet, etc.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
