Job Summary
The Automotive Accessories Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the auto glass and vehicle accessories department within an automotive service facility. This position is responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient order processing, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a comprehensive understanding of automotive parts, accessories and windshield repair and replacement systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the department, including inventory control and demand planning.
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of automotive parts, accessories, and auto glass components .
- Utilize an order management system to track orders, manage stock levels, and facilitate procurement management.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Source and procure automotive parts from reliable suppliers while maintaining quality standards.
- Operate forklifts safely for the movement of parts within the facility.
- Fabricate or modify parts as necessary to meet specific customer requirements or service needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
Skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
