What You’ll Do
- Greet service customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Write accurate repair orders and clearly document customer concerns
- Review maintenance needs and recommend appropriate services
- Communicate repair status, estimates, approvals, and completion times
- Work closely with technicians, parts, dispatch, and management
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers before, during, and after their visit
- Help maximize service department productivity and profitability
- Deliver a premium ownership experience that reflects the Volvo brand
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate has dealership service advisor experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Qualified candidates should have:
- Previous Service Advisor experience required
- Luxury brand, European brand, or Volvo experience preferred
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to explain repairs and maintenance clearly
- Excellent phone, computer, and follow-up skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask while staying focused on the customer
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
