Nissan of Melbourne dealership is one of the fastest-growing retailers in the country and is urgently recruiting ambitious, resourceful automotive internet director, our ideal candidate must have a proven track record and possess an innate desire to win and inspire others to do the same, take extreme ownership, and provide the highest level of customer service throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track inbound internet leads and sales calls
- Ensure leads are followed up with in a timely manner
- Collect and analyze traffic data
- Provide training and support for internet staff
- Answer customers inquiries and calls when necessary
- Interact with Sales management staff to optimize department performance
- Constant search for new and effective digital advertising processes
Required Job experience:
- Prior BDC/Internet Sales experience
- Proven performance Track record
- High level of auto Industry knowledge
- Strong appointment setter and closer
