Lead a High-Performing Luxury Sales Team

Lexus of Westport is seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales operation. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven automotive leader with a track record of driving performance, coaching teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Management and Sales Consultant teams
Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales performance while maximizing profitability
Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve dealership goals
Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent
Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
Partner with Finance, Service, and Executive Leadership to support dealership objectives
Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies

Qualifications

Previous experience as a General Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or other senior automotive leadership role
Proven track record of achieving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
