Automotive Service Advisor – Full-Time
We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a dealership or automotive service environment and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
- Provide clear explanations of recommended services and costs
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Service Advisor experience
- Friendly, professional, and customer-centric attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
