Overview
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Wheel Repair Salesman / Manager with a minimum of three years of experience in the wheel repair industry. This role combines sales leadership with management and technical knowledge, focusing on wheel repair services and automotive solutions. We work Monday-Friday 7:30-5:00. No weekends. We have a company vehicle for day use. Salary plus commission. Full benefits package. Duties
- Lead and manage the wheel repair sales department, driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
- Identify customer needs and develop a plan to satisfy those needs.
- Provide expert advice on wheel repairs, automotive diagnostics, and tire issues to customers
- Oversee daily operations including management of delivery drivers and customer accounts
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure quality service delivery on all wheel repairs
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ experience in dealership or automotive sales management with a proven track record of success
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including tires and wheels
- Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics and repair processes such as auto estimating and service writing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively while maintaining integrity
- Familiarity with dealership and collision shop's operations
- Knowledge of automotive repair services such as tire and wheel service
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency

Pay: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
