Position Overview:
This role is a central part of our operations and client experience. You will manage day-to-day office functions, support client relationships, and ensure our clients receive exceptional service at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Meeting Execution
- Own meeting preparation across 10+ meetings per week
- Generate reports and organize all client materials
- Prepare applications, forms, and documentation accurately
- Launch and support virtual meetings (Teams)
Client Relationship Support
- Conduct follow-up calls and proactive client check-ins
- Support ongoing relationship management initiatives
- Deliver a high-touch, professional client experience
Office & Administrative Operations
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and logistics
- Answer phones and act as first point of contact
- Greet and assist clients in-office
- Handle incoming mail and document processing
Marketing & Client Experience
- Coordinate birthday cards and personalized touches
- Research, prepare, and ship client gifts
- Plan and support client appreciation events

- FINRA licenses (Series 7, etc.) or insurance licenses

Compensation & Growth
- $60,000-$70,000 based on experience
- Career growth into senior operations or client service roles
- Exposure to financial planning and advisory work
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
