We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team and help drive profitability while delivering outstanding finance solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell finance, insurance, and extended service products to customers.
- Secure approvals through banks, credit unions, and subprime lenders.
- Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions and ensure compliance.
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions and ensure the best terms for both the dealership and the customer.
- Maximize dealership gross profit through effective menu presentation and product penetration.
- Maintain lender programs and stay up to date with all rate changes and guidelines.
- Train and guide the sales team on finance procedures and compliance.
- Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Track and report PVR (per vehicle retailed), product penetration, and lender performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an F&I Manager in a high-volume dealership.
- Spanish Speaking
- CAPS Bank Experience is a plus
- Dealercenter experience is a plus
- Proven track record of strong PVR and product sales.
- Deep knowledge of automotive finance and lease programs.
- Experience working with a variety of lenders, including subprime.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficient with DMS and CRM tools (Dealertrack, DealerCenter, , etc.).
