What You’ll Do

As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team while driving profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets
Desk deals and structure transactions to maximize profitability while maintaining a first-class customer experience
Train and mentor sales consultants on sales process, product knowledge, and customer engagement
Monitor sales performance, appointments, closing ratios, and daily activity to drive results
Ensure a seamless and premium customer experience from greeting to vehicle delivery
Partner closely with Finance, Fixed Operations, and dealership leadership to maximize store performance
Maintain manufacturer standards, compliance, and operational excellence
Recruit, hire, and develop top automotive sales talent
Analyze market trends, inventory, and dealership performance to create winning sales strategies
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, positivity, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Previous automotive sales management experience required.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Proven track record of driving sales and dealership profitability
High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Passion for coaching, developing, and leading successful teams
