Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting vehicles.
Conduct outbound sales efforts to generate leads and build a robust customer base.
Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Provide sales support by maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and managing the sales pipeline.
Utilize software tools to track leads, manage inventory, and analyze market trends.
Apply retail math skills to calculate financing options, trade-in values, and monthly payments for customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless sales process from initial contact through delivery.
Stay informed about new vehicle models, features, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales, preferably within the automotive industry or dealership environment.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
Familiarity with sales support processes and tools is highly desirable.
Proficient in using software applications related to sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM).
Knowledge of retail math concepts related to vehicle pricing and financing is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
