We are a Missouri licensed dealership, but we work more like a personal car concierge. You can work mostly from home, meet with clients locally, and help people buy smarter, sell for more, and protect their vehicles through a clear, no pressure process.
This role is for a St. Louis area salesperson who knows cars, knows people, and wants more control without going back to the traditional dealership grind.
You will help clients with:
- Selling vehicles through our Sell Smart Program
- Finding the right new or used vehicle
- Vehicle Protection Plans
- Networking and building referral relationships
- Creating your own opportunities in the St. Louis area
- Guiding clients through a clear, low-pressure process
This is not a sit-and-wait sales role.
You will be expected to meet people, attend networking events, build relationships, and create your own conversations.
Company leads are earned, not guaranteed. They are given based on activity, performance, follow through, and your ability to follow our process.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who has:
- 2+ years of automotive sales or related sales experience
- Strong people skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Confidence starting conversations and building referral relationships
- Willingness to attend networking events in the St. Louis area
- Self motivation, organization, and consistent follow through
- Comfort using technology, CRM tools, email, text, and video
- Professionalism when working with clients, buyers, and referral partners
- The ability to work mostly from home without needing to be micromanaged
This is not a fit if you need a guaranteed paycheck, want to be managed every step of the day, or expect leads to be handed to you.
You must be willing to network, create opportunities, build relationships, and generate business.
This is a commission based sales role. The right person will see the freedom, flexibility, and income upside in that.

Pay: $81,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

- This is a 1099 commission-based sales role with a 60 to 90 day ramp up period. Company leads may be provided based on activity, performance, follow through, and your ability to follow our process. You will also be expected to build your own book of business through networking, referrals, and relationship building.
