Automotive Sales Manager
Sutherlin Automotive Group is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center and drive showroom traffic, appointments, and vehicle sales. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing internet leads, inbound and outbound sales activities, appointment-setting performance, and CRM accountability. This leader must bring exceptional urgency, strong coaching skills, and a passion for creating a world-class customer experience.
The Sales BDC Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing BDC representatives, managing lead response processes, maximizing appointment show rates, and ensuring every customer receives fast, professional, and consistent communication. Success in this role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and an obsession with performance metrics
