Job Description
A well-established domestic luxury automotive dealership in Morris County, NJ is seeking a professional, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
This is a great opportunity for a driven salesperson who wants to work with a premium product, strong inventory, and an established customer base. We are looking for someone who can deliver a high-end client experience while building lasting relationships and consistently producing results.

What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their wants, needs, and budget
- Provide an exceptional luxury purchase experience from initial contact through delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Follow up with showroom, phone, and internet leads in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives
- Work closely with management and the finance department to complete transactions
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer follow-up activity
- Prospect for new business through referrals, repeat customers, and self-generated opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, CSI objectives, and dealership standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but we will consider strong sales professionals from other industries
- Luxury or premium sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic computer and CRM skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
