Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Houston Classic Carport. In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing expert guidance on automotive services and restorations. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about services.
- Manage service appointments and ensure timely communication with clients regarding their vehicle status.
- Collaborate with technicians to provide accurate estimates and recommendations for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs while maintaining transparency and trust.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
- Qualifications
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive services, repairs, and diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with dealership operations is preferred.
- Experience in upselling services is a plus.
- Proven knowledge of the collision repair process.
- Proficient in using service management software and tools.
- A passion for classic cars and automotive restoration is highly desirable.
