Pre-Owned Dealership Opening in Boise — Now Hiring an Experienced Sales Manager
A well-established automotive group is launching a new pre-owned vehicle location in the Treasure Valley. We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales and F&I Manager to help lead our sales team. What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day sales floor for a high-volume pre-owned vehicle store
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory data, and support sales support activities.
- Build trust with customers and guide them through the buying process
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring favorable terms for both the dealership and customers while maintaining integrity.
- Lead the entire deal process -- from initial contact through desking, F&I, and final paperwork -- ensuring compliance with dealership policies.
- Coach and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
- Partner with leadership on inventory and pricing strategy
- Track sales metrics and implement solutions to close gaps
- Stay current on inventory and market trends
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing a used vehicle operation & sales team
- Track record of success in used vehicle retail sales and desk management
- Strong closing, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Experience training and motivating a sales team
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
