What You’ll Do:

Greet customers with a warm, professional attitude and assess their automotive needs.
Clearly explain services and repairs, confidently recommending additional services when appropriate.
Prepare accurate service estimates and communicate the scope of work clearly and effectively.
Coordinate with our skilled technicians to ensure timely, high-quality service.
Handle sales transactions, maintain records, and manage service documentation.
Respond to customer questions and concerns, always aiming to exceed expectations.
Stay knowledgeable about common repairs—brake service, tire repairs, shocks and struts, diagnostics—and keep up with new technology.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience as a Service Advisor, mechanic, or in an automotive service management role is preferred.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of general automotive repairs (brakes, tires, diagnostics, etc.).
Tools: Familiarity with estimating software is a plus.
Skills: Excellent communication, upselling, cash handling, and multitasking skills.
Attitude: Positive, proactive, and customer-focused with a desire to grow.
