We are currently seeking an Business Development Center Representative!
Job Responsibilities
As a BDC Representative, you will introduce customers to all the different vehicles available at Hemborg Ford. Our goal is to provide customers with the best possible experience – and that starts with YOU! Here are some of the responsibilities for an BDC Representative:
· Providing extensive information on any vehicle a customer might be considering (or should consider!)
· Identifying the customer’s actual needs and providing information on the best suitable vehicle
· Deliver world class service to any customer considering purchasing from Hemborg Ford.
· Understands the process of communicating with Internet customers and following up through their preferred method of contact.
· Checks email and voicemail frequently and respond to inquiries immediately.
Job Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need to be highly detail- oriented with solid organizational and time- possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills, understanding of the industry, along with strong customer service and active – listening abilities.
· Ability to work in a fast- paced environment
· Genuine desire to provide great customer service
· Previous dealership experience is a huge plus
· Experience working in BDC center or call center is a huge plus
· Superior communication skills, both oral and written
· Outstanding organizational skills

The BDC Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.00 and $17.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
