What You’ll Do:

Build rapport quickly and uncover customer needs through genuine conversations.
Deliver high-energy product presentations and memorable test drives.
Close confidently while maintaining integrity and high customer satisfaction.

Prospect and follow up to generate repeat and referral business.

What We’re Looking For (Experience Matters):

Minimum 1+ year of successful automotive sales experience (strong preference for 2+ years).
Proven track record of $100K+ earnings in recent years.
High closing ratio and strong CSI/NPS scores.
