Position Overview
SweetCars is seeking an experienced Master Automotive Detailer to join our growing team. This is a full-time position for an individual who takes pride in producing exceptional results and has a passion for working on some of the finest luxury, exotic, classic, and performance vehicles in the industry. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in professional automotive detailing, a keen eye for perfection, and a commitment to delivering a first-class customer experience.

- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality interior and exterior detailing on customer and SweetCars-owned vehicles
- Execute advanced detailing techniques to achieve exceptional vehicle presentation
- Perform paint correction services (when qualified)
- Apply ceramic coatings (when qualified)
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets SweetCars' quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist in mentoring and supporting less experienced detailers as needed
- Work efficiently while maintaining the highest level of craftsmanship
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional automotive detailing experience required
- Experience detailing luxury, exotic, classic, or high-end vehicles is preferred
- Experience with paint correction and ceramic coating applications is a plus, but not required
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
