Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Service Manager to lead our automotive service department with energy and expertise. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales through effective and technical knowledge. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the service team to achieve operational excellence, ensuring high standards of vehicle repair, maintenance, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control of services such as oil changes, rebuilt transmissions, clutch replacements.
- vehicle estimating tools to prepare accurate repair estimates and service writing documentation
- Drive sales vehicle diagnostics, repair assessments, and maintenance packages while maintaining integrity and transparency with clients
- Manage client communication effectively by explaining repairs clearly, providing estimates promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience

- Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a supervisory role within an automotive dealership or repair shop setting
- Extensive mechanic experience with strong automotive diagnostics skills across various systems including transmissions
- Familiarity with auto estimating
- Demonstrated ability in auto service management with knowledge of processes and automotive repair procedures
- Hands-on experience in service writing, customer service excellence, and sales techniques
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent client communication skills to build trust and long-term relationships
