Our Internet Sales Representative is responsible for making inbound and outbound calls and communicating with prospects and customers via text, and email. Responds to inbound internet leads by phone, text message, and email. Completes outbound calls with a focus on lead-generation activities for new, certified and used cars. Schedules, reschedules, and confirm upcoming sales appointments for all of the European Brands. You must be fluid in communications (verbally and digitally) as you will be communicating with customers to set appointments for them
We utilize a CRM to update customer profiles where we can make notations, calls, and email. Our goal in the BDC is to provide up-to-date information, and inventory availability and set appointments for clients to come into the dealership.
- Must be able to work evenings until 7PM (Monday-Thursday) and Friday 9AM - 6PM
- 1 Saturday per month = 10AM- 5PM
- Must have punctual work attendance
- Able to multi- task with customers and different needs
