Our Internet Sales Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communication through phone, text message, and email. This position requires a strong understanding of lead follow-up, appointment setting, and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have prior automotive BDC, Internet Sales, or automotive phone-sales experience and be comfortable working Internet leads from initial contact through appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound Internet leads by phone, text, and email.
- Make consistent outbound calls to prospective customers with a focus on generating sales opportunities.
- Follow up with leads for new, Certified Pre-Owned, and used vehicles.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm sales appointments.
- Communicate professionally with customers interested in our European vehicle brands.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to maximize appointment opportunities.
- Accurately document customer interactions, follow-up activities, and appointments in the CRM.
- Provide customers with accurate information while moving the conversation toward an appointment.
Position Details
- Must be able to work evenings until 7PM and Friday 9AM - 6PM
- 1 Saturday per month. Store hours are 10AM- 5PM
- Must have punctual work attendance
- Able to multi- task multple brands with customers and different needs to try to convert the customer for an appointment.
