Cadillac Marin is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who are ready to build a career in automotive sales and grow into the Finance Consultant side of the business.
We provide the training and support to teach you the automotive industry from the ground up.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Our Sales Professionals manage the customer's complete A-to-Z experience — from the initial introduction through vehicle selection, negotiation, financing, and final delivery.
You'll learn how to:

Build strong relationships with customers

Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle

Present and demonstrate vehicles

Conduct test drives

Negotiate and close sales

Guide customers through the purchasing and financing process

Learn automotive finance and insurance fundamentals

Complete sales paperwork accurately

Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience

Build a strong customer pipeline and generate repeat and referral business
With training and experience, you'll have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and grow toward the Finance Consultant side of the business.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Automotive experience is NOT required.
