Great with people? Competitive? Ready for a career where your effort can pay off? Let’s talk.

Loyalty Nissan is looking for motivated Sales Consultants who enjoy meeting people, working toward goals, and celebrating wins with a team.

Already selling cars? Bring your experience. Coming from retail, hospitality, customer service, or another sales role? Bring your people skills. We’ll teach you the automotive business.

Our sales consultants average approximately $55,000 annually, with our top performer earning $120,000+. Earnings are performance-based, and commissions are uncapped and paid twice monthly.

Learn the Business. Build Your Confidence.

You don’t need to arrive knowing every Nissan feature or how to close a car deal. You do need curiosity, a willingness to learn, and the drive to follow through.

We help you get started with:

Three months of competitive, guaranteed training pay.
A designated trainer to guide you.
Structured training through our Road to the Sale process.
Weeks of follow-up coaching tailored to your experience and individual needs.

You’ll have a clear process to learn and people you can turn to as you grow.

A Team Behind You. Opportunities Ahead.

Selling is more rewarding when you have support. Our full BDC and service-to-sales department help create customer opportunities. All fresh walk-in sales opportunities go to our sales consultants, with managers and BDC staff excluded from the walk-in rotation.

We value teamwork, friendly competition, and celebrating success. We also take your future seriously, with ongoing coaching and long-term career development within our family-owned dealership group.

What Your Day Will Include

Meeting customers and helping them find a vehicle that fits their needs.
Demonstrating features and taking customers on test drives.
Making calls, following up, and setting appointments.
Working with management and finance to complete sales and vehicle deliveries.
Keeping customer information and next steps organized in our CRM.
Turning a great buying experience into repeat business and referrals.

Who Fits Here?

There’s no single background that makes a great salesperson. We welcome all experience levels, including people from automotive, other sales roles, retail, hospitality, and customer service.

We’re looking for someone who:

Enjoys starting conversations and listens closely.
Is motivated by goals and comfortable asking for the sale.
Takes coaching well and puts it into practice.
Follows up consistently—even when a customer isn’t ready today.
Is dependable, organized, and comfortable using digital tools.
Brings a positive attitude and contributes to the team.

You don’t have to know cars. You have to know people—and be ready to learn.

Sales bonus opportunities that vary by month.
Health, dental, vision, and disability coverage options.
401(k).
