Sales Associate | Patriot Subaru | Saco, ME | Full-Time

Pay: $32,000–$175,000/year (draw plus commission, plus volume bonuses)

Your camera roll is 80% content ideas. Your friends ask you what to buy before they buy anything. You can explain all-wheel drive to a golden retriever owner and make it sound like a love story.

Good. We’ve been looking for you.

Here’s the deal

Car shopping starts on a phone now. Nobody walks in cold anymore. They’ve watched the walkaround, read the comments, and slid into someone’s DMs. We want that someone to be you.

You’ll build a following, turn it into customers who ask for you by name, and get paid like it.

What you’ll actually do

Make short videos people stop scrolling for: walkarounds, delivery days, “things nobody tells you about the Crosstrek”
Turn comments and DMs into appointments, and appointments into keys in hands
Be the honest, no-pressure person customers tell their friends about
Learn every model so well that you’re the internet’s favorite Subaru nerd

You might be a fit if you’re

Creative: you don’t just have ideas, you hit record
Smart: you learn fast and explain things simply
Intuitive: you can read a room, and a comment section
Comfortable on camera and fluent in Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Car experience? Nice to have. Not required. Former bartenders, teachers, servers, creators, and career-changers: we see you.

The money (no fine-print games)

First 6 weeks: $650/week guaranteed while you learn, with commission from day one
After that: a $600 weekly draw plus commission and monthly volume bonuses
Sell 14 cars a month and you’re at about $55K a year. Keep climbing and the top of the range is $175K. Plenty of people here clear six figures.

Earn your schedule

Hit your goals and you get real say in when you work. Your results run your calendar.

The perks

Medical, dental, and vision
Profit-sharing and 401(k) match after year one
Discounts on vehicles, parts, and service
Vacation that grows with you
Paid professional development
