Nergers Auto Express • Full-time • Bound Brook, NJ, US • $50k - $100k / year • 1m ago

Service Advisors – ever feel like you’re the one holding everything together… and yet, still getting blamed when it falls apart?

You walk in and it starts right away. Phones ringing. Customers waiting. Techs asking questions. You’re trying to keep it all moving, but something always breaks.

A missed note. A delay. A frustrated customer. And now you’re the one fixing it.

Not because you’re bad at your job… but because the shop has no real system.

So every day feels the same.

Rush. Fix. Apologize. Repeat.

You’re expected to keep customers happy, hit numbers, stay organized, and somehow not fall behind - all at once.

And the harder you push, the more it feels like you’re just fighting the shop to do your job right.

That’s where most places get it wrong.

At Nerger’s Auto Express, we’ve spent over 37 years building a better way. We run with clear systems, strong techs who can actually produce, and a team that works together. The job feels more in control.

The stress goes down. And you finally have a real shot at earning what you’re worth - without the daily chaos.

So, if you’re a service advisor who cares about doing things right, wants to work in a shop that actually runs properly…
