New Concept Auto Service is continuing to grow, and we're looking for experienced Automotive Service Advisors to join our team.
If you know cars, know how to take care of customers, and know how to build a repair order the right way, we want to talk to you.
We’re looking for someone who can confidently communicate with customers, explain repairs in a way they understand, work closely with technicians, and help create a great experience from the first phone call to the final handshake.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience from start to finish.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Build accurate repair estimates and explain recommended services clearly.
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on the vehicle's needs — without pressure or gimmicks.
- Communicate with technicians to make sure repairs are completed correctly and efficiently.
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
- Schedule appointments and help manage the shop's workflow.
- Review completed repairs with customers and make sure they understand what was done.
- Follow up with customers and help build long-term relationships.
- Work as part of a team to reach sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
What We're Looking For
Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair.
- Is comfortable discussing repairs and presenting estimates to customers.
- Can confidently recommend needed maintenance and repairs.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Can stay organized and focused in a busy shop environment.
- Is dependable, motivated, and takes ownership of their work.
- Works well with technicians, management, and the rest of the team.
- Is comfortable using computers and shop management software. Tekmetric experience is a plus.
