Duties

- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction while maximizing sales opportunities
- Manage inventory control and inventory management processes to keep track of available vehicles and client preferences
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and support sales support activities
- Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, financing options, and accessories to enhance customer value
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues
