Automotive Sales Manager
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead the team with a professional management style and promote enthusiasm, productivity, accountability, and positive guest-service.
Meet monthly sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to dealership staff.
Train dealership personnel on the proper preparation of all documents required for the sale of a vehicle.
Independently review all required transactional documents prior to sale completion including but not limited to:
Verify customer’s identity with the Driver’s license.
Verify customer’s proof of liability insurance.
Verify other required documents have been completed.
Analyze and compare documents for internal consistency of populated data prior to sending documents to finance.
Maintain a high level of professionalism with employees and customers.
Procure financing for our customers.
Maximize sale of back-end products.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with:
Maintain outstanding dealership condition and visual merchandising standards with the assistance of the lot staff.
Resolve issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.) in an appropriate professional manner, asking for assistance when necessary.
Supporting the dealership on the General Manager’s designated day off.
Assist General Manager in the interviewing process and recruitment of staff.
Partner with General Manager to secure building and vehicle inventory
Additional duties as assigned.

Schedule:
5 day work week
Monday - Saturday; 1 weekday off either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
Operating hours of the store
Compensation:
$96,000 Annual Draw
Bonuses on product sold
