Responsibilities
- Lead the dealership’s overall operations, setting strategic goals to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Drive high-end automotive sales through proactive outbound sales efforts, cold calling, and upselling techniques.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
- Oversee inventory control and management to ensure optimal stock levels of vehicles and parts.
- Train, motivate, and support the sales team in retail sales, B2B sales, and customer service excellence.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and team meetings to foster a high-performing environment.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette during outbound calls and public speaking engagements to promote dealership offerings.
- Utilize organizational skills to coordinate dealership activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in dealership management or automotive sales leadership with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Extensive knowledge of automobile sales processes including inventory management, retail math, and inventory control.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals confidently.
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Experience with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, outbound calling, and upselling strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with public speaking or presenting at events is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation combined with professional phone etiquette.
