Responsibilities

Lead the dealership’s overall operations, setting strategic goals to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Drive high-end automotive sales through proactive outbound sales efforts, cold calling, and upselling techniques.
Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
Oversee inventory control and management to ensure optimal stock levels of vehicles and parts.
Train, motivate, and support the sales team in retail sales, B2B sales, and customer service excellence.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and team meetings to foster a high-performing environment.
Maintain excellent phone etiquette during outbound calls and public speaking engagements to promote dealership offerings.
Utilize organizational skills to coordinate dealership activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in dealership management or automotive sales leadership with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Extensive knowledge of automobile sales processes including inventory management, retail math, and inventory control.
Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals confidently.
Strong communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Experience with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively.
Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, outbound calling, and upselling strategies.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with public speaking or presenting at events is a plus.
Strong customer service orientation combined with professional phone etiquette.
