Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven DRC/BDC Manager to lead our Digital Retail Center/ Business Development Center operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily management of the sales pipeline, coordinate outbound and inbound sales activities, (business-to-business) and retail sales efforts. Your leadership will ensure a seamless customer experience, foster strong dealership relationships, and maximize sales opportunities through effective communication, and negotiation. Duties
- Lead and manage the BDC team to ensure efficient handling of all customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, maintaining excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Develop and implement strategic outbound sales campaigns, including cold calling prospects to generate new business opportunities and upselling existing customers.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads, accurate CRM data entry, and consistent progress toward sales targets.
- Foster a positive team environment by providing mentorship in dealership experience, outbound sales tactics, and organizational skills necessary for success in high-volume retail settings.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) transactions within the automotive or retail industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Demonstrated success in managing a robust sales pipeline through strategic outreach and follow-up.
- Expertise in CRM software utilization for tracking leads, managing customer data, and reporting sales metrics.
- Knowledge of dealership operations including inventory management, inventory control, retail math, and automotive sales processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies aimed at increasing outreach through outbound calls or digital campaigns.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
