Sales and Leasing Consultant Duties:
- Promptly greet and assist customers on premises and on the telephone in a friendly and courteous manner;
- Work effectively with customers to discover their needs and preferences, qualify their interest and intent in purchasing a vehicle, and assist them to find the vehicle that fits their needs;\
- Stay in contact with customers as vehicles become ready for delivery on a timely basis and in a manner that will ensure an excellent standard of customer service;
- Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate. This also requires a high standard for safeguarding customer information to prevent identity theft;
- Curate potential leads from contacting new prospects and previous customers;
- Actively learn and maintain knowledge on all product lines;
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities.
What we offer:
Competitive pay – you earn based on what you sell. We expect you to move an average of 10 units a month and we have a very generous commission structure. Our average salesperson commission is$90,000 with some higher and some lower.

Minimum commissions - Based on units from $250 to $750 per new car with the Mercedes Benz inventory.

You offer:
Clean driving record and a Valid New Mexico Driver’s License, or the ability to get one within 30 days if hired.
Willing to submit for a background check, reference check and drug test.

Able to work 45-50 hours over 4 weekdays and Saturdays every week.

Preferential qualification: Previous automotive sales experience
