Job requires a person with at least five years' experience in Managing an Automotive maintenance and repair business. To be a Manager in our company you need to have a proven track record of team building. Applicant must also be well organized and able to prove that they can set goals and obtain them.
As a Service Manager you will be required to create processes and train your staff to succeed in implementing these processes. Applicant must be able to prove that they can work within a budget and obtain steady growth in sales and gross profit. We are looking for someone that has experience at Managing of least twelve employees and with the proven ability to hire, coach, council and if needed to train employees in all aspects of the operation of a New Car Dealership Service Department.
