Billion Auto Group is searching for a dealership service department manager to lead our Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and Ram service department team of advisors and technicians. Our preferred candidate would posses the following:
Minimum of 5 years automotive technician or service advisor background.
Chrysler (Stellantis) brand knowledge with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram certifications.
Prior Automotive Service management experience.
Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly learn DMS software programs.
Examples of job responsibilities include:
Monitoring Daily shop scheduling with our Business Development Center. Provide assistance to our service drive advisors and porters. Monitor work orders for proper closures and billing accuracy. Provide guidance and support to the warranty clerk and assist with claim submissions. Work with service shop technicians providing technical assistance and direction. Coordinate schedules for employee vacations and shop coverage. Promote technician and advisor training to ensure qualifications are kept up to date. Monitor Customer Service Index and FFV to maintain manufactures standards. Work closely with all department heads to promote a positive attitude and overall workflow. Ensure department profitability.
