About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, fast-paced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is the central point of communication between customers, technicians, and internal departments.
This is NOT a sit-back desk job. You will be managing multiple customers, vehicles, and processes at the same time in a high-energy environment.

Compensation
- Competitive pay (based on experience) $23-27/HOUR

What You’ll Be Doing
- Communicating with customers regarding vehicle concerns
- Managing multiple vehicles through different stages of service
- Coordinating between technicians, parts, and management
- Scheduling and prioritizing incoming work
- Following up with customers on status updates
- Creating and managing estimates
- Keeping accurate records and notes
- Ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

Experience (Preferred but NOT Required)
- Customer service experience
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience in fast-paced environments (retail, hospitality, etc.)
