We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Sales Manager to join our leadership team and help drive sales growth, profitability, and an outstanding customer experience.
Position Overview
The Finance Manager / Sales Manager plays a key leadership role supporting both the sales and finance departments. This individual will work closely with customers, lenders, and the sales team to structure deals, maximize profitability, ensure compliance, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Structure and finalize automotive finance and lease agreements
Present and sell finance & insurance products
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and lender regulations
Work deals with sales staff to maximize gross profit
Manage lender relationships and secure competitive approvals
Support and coach sales consultants throughout the sales process
Utilize Dealertrack to manage customer information, deal flow, and lender submissions
Maintain accurate documentation and funding timelines
Assist in achieving monthly sales and finance performance goals
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from sale to delivery
Qualifications
- Automotive Finance Manager or Sales Manager experience required
- Experience using Dealertrack required/preferred
- Strong knowledge of dealership sales and F&I processes
- Proven track record of profitability and performance
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or similar DMS experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
