Position Title: Customer Engagement Specialist - Sales (Virtual)
Position Overview:
Individuals shall be responsible for managing daily Sales BDC operations for each assigned partnership.
Qualifications:
Prospective candidates must demonstrate prior experience in the following: strong communication skills, lead conversion ability and quality interpersonal capacity :
- Previous automotive Sales BDC experience is REQUIRED
- Articulate, Problem Solver, High-Energy, Strong Presentation Skills

- Coachable, Enjoys Working within Team Dynamic
- Available to work weekdays & weekends
- Required Schedule Availability ( All in Central Time zone)
Responsibilities & Tasks:
The following is a breakdown of tasks expected to be completed during one’s time in this position.
- Consistent Daily Engagement of all Assigned Leads
- Schedule 12-14 Quality Appointments per Day
- Accurate Data Reporting, Activity Tracking
- Strong Representation of our Dealer Partners to Customer Base
- Organize all Lead Source, Activity and Records in Partner Data Systems
- Generate new Business Opportunities for our Dealer Partners
