Responsibilities - Automotive BDC Manager for Sales & Service:

Hire, train, manage, and assist BDC Sales & Service staff in our fast-paced call center environment

Train and assist Sales staff to respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
-
Train Sales staff to identify customer’s needs, present product information, and schedule several appointments per day for customers to meet with our dealership's sales team.

Mentor Sales staff to help them grow their book of business and coach them on proven sales tactics

Maximize sales and profitability to agreed levels of performance

Hire, train and assist Service staff in scheduling service appointments and rescheduling missed appointments

Contribute to high CSI scores
Qualifications - Automotive BDC Manager for Sales & Service:

Automotive BDC Manager experience is preferred

Excellent leadership and managerial experience and self-motivated to succeed

A team builder with a strong work ethic

Excellent customer service, computer, and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm, positive, 'can-do' attitude.
