Automotive Sales Manager
A well-established and growing automotive group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our leadership team at one of our dealerships. We are looking for a motivated leader who can drive performance, develop a strong sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales consultants
- Desk deals and assist the team in closing transactions
- Monitor and manage sales performance, including volume, gross, and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure smooth deal flow
- Train and coach sales staff on product knowledge, sales processes, and customer engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to support repeat and referral business
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations
- Help drive showroom traffic and digital lead conversions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and profitability
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Experience working in a high-volume dealership environment
- Familiarity with CRM and dealership management systems (CDK or similar preferred)

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
